Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Full-Time

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative - Full-Time to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.
SalaryEstimated Salary: $14.50 per hour
This role offers a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - Full-Time, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be expected to:
- Perform Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and process all forms of payments.
- Ask each customer for cash donations at POS.
- Establish or identify prices of goods via the type of merchandise, identifying markings, or asking for help from an on-site leader.
- Complete closing procedures, as necessary.
- Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance.
- Greet customers that enter in the store and thank customers leaving the establishment.
- Maintain sales floor by following floorwork and PPM (picture process map) standards.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
- Utilize systems, including phones and paging systems to make regularly scheduled announcements.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.

- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- High School education or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent math skills preferred.
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
