Job Overview

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to work with a predominantly adult population, providing care for musculoskeletal dysfunction, as well as those with neurologic, vestibular, and pulmonary dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert physical therapy services to patients, utilizing a strong foundation in orthopaedic outpatient physical therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid Massachusetts PT license
  • Solid framework in musculoskeletal physical therapy
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Mass General Brigham offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
