Job Summary

Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for administering human resources policies and programs, while promoting equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations.

  • This role will involve providing comprehensive HR support to a designated client group, including recruitment and retention of critical talent, performance coaching and management, and issue/problem identification and resolution.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures, and will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and company personnel.
  • This position requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures.
