You will pinpoint opportunities for enhancement by assimilating and scrutinizing substantial amounts of information to develop logical, efficient processes. Your objective is to eliminate inefficiencies, boost speed, enhance quality, and minimize variability throughout the organization.

By leading cross-functional, company-wide, and specific business unit initiatives, you will promote efficiency and minimize waste utilizing Process Comprehension, Problem Solving, and Data Analysis alongside project management and change management methodologies.

You will facilitate organizational initiatives by spearheading medium to large-scale quality and process enhancement projects.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, creating process maps, conducting gap analyses, ensuring readiness for process automation, and fostering stakeholder collaboration.


Your Opportunity:
Enhance business processes to eliminate inefficiencies, increase speed, improve quality, and reduce variability.
Absorb and analyze extensive information and distill it into a coherent, digestible process framework.
Investigate, analyze, and document the current state of business processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and comprehend process inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
Conduct gap analysis to identify missing or inadequate processes and clearly articulate problems and impacts.
Propose solutions to boost operational efficiency, enhance effectiveness, and improve client experience.

Establish and collect baseline metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to capture cost and time savings resulting from improved processes.

Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance.
Develop and present project updates and progress reports/briefings regularly to sponsors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Maintain a client-centric and holistic perspective of all processes and client segments in the ecosystem to understand dependencies and cross-functional impacts regarding process, workflow, and reporting.

Create detailed project plans to monitor project performance, manage project risks/issues, and ensure timely completion and achievement of project deliverables.

Oversee projects from inception to completion.
Assist in establishing and documenting highly efficient policies and procedures.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business process analysis and enhancement.
Extensive experience in business process analysis and improvement within consulting, industrial engineering, or related fields.

Experience applying business process analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, 5 Why's, Issue Tree, Process Mapping, etc.

Proficiency in using process mapping software (Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent) to create detailed maps of business processes.
Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly to understand and resolve new challenges.
Capability to lead meetings and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools.
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
Able to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity.

Ideally:
Industrial Engineering or similar background/experience.
Experience using multiple problem-solving methodologies and tools (Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma).
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
