Your Role: We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to support our expanding team. This role is crucial in overseeing the design, execution, and assessment of our comprehensive quality program across all ARC divisions and staff departments. The Quality Coordinator will identify trends, prioritize enhancements, reduce redundancy, and ensure compliance with necessary accreditations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and advisory services to ensure regulatory accreditation and compliance with quality initiatives.
- Compile and analyze quality data to recognize trends, set priorities, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Conduct thorough reviews in a timely manner, utilizing established criteria.
- Communicate findings to relevant departments including operations, clinical, and risk management.
- Participate in departmental meetings to facilitate the implementation of the quality plan.
- Stay informed on current accreditation standards and quality improvement techniques in healthcare.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of quality management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Preferred RN or equivalent licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, nursing, or a related discipline.

- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
