Job Summary

Chi is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Flaget Memorial Hospital. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of providing high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, while maintaining accurate documentation of patient responses and care provided.
  • Delegate and supervise routine technical functions to non-licensed and licensed personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
  • Minimum two years of experience as an RN in an acute care facility.
  • Specialty certifications required based on unit specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NRP, TNCC certifications preferred.
