Job Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an active LPN license in the state of residence, current/active CPR certification, and strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to be able to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
