About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to join our Corporate Strategy team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless execution of their schedules, meetings, and projects. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining the highest level of productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Arrange executive calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle logistics for internal and external meetings, appointments, and video conferences
• Assist with AV and video conferencing needs, prepare materials, and set up meeting rooms
• Coordinate travel arrangements and review expense reports for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the point of contact for new hire procurement and manage contact/distribution lists, filing systems, and office equipment/supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to executives and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Previous experience in entertainment and/or business strategy and development a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Zoom and similar technology-driven communication platforms
