About the Role

As a Housing Specialist at EDEN Inc, you will play a vital role in providing housing solutions to individuals and families facing housing insecurities and homelessness. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct client assessments, develop personalized housing plans, and connect individuals with available resources.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments to identify housing needs and develop personalized housing plans
Connect individuals with available resources, such as housing assistance programs and social services
Facilitate workshops to educate clients about their housing rights and financial management
Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to create effective solutions for housing stability

Requirements

An Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field, coupled with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an understanding of housing regulations and social services, are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems is also necessary to document client information and track progress efficiently.
