Travel Nursing Job in Anchorage, Alaska

Bluebird Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse to fill a Med Surg / Telemetry position at an acute hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.

About the Role
  • This 13-week contract offers a competitive compensation package and stipends.
  • The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on nights.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team utilizing the Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model. You will work alongside a bedside RN, virtual RN, and CNA to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care as a Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurse.
  2. Collaborate with the virtual nurse to ensure seamless care coordination.
  3. Maintain accurate records using Epic charting software.
Requirements
  • A valid AK RN license is required for this opportunity.
  • You will need to have a strong background in Med Surg/Tele nursing, with experience working in a Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model environment.
  • Familiarity with Epic charting software is essential.

Earning Potential

Your earning potential for this travel nursing job will be approximately $95,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and the number of hours worked.
