About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join our team at CONSOR Engineers. As a key member of our transportation infrastructure team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and constructing municipal transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver high-quality transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Manage work programs, project schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical reports, engineering studies, and planning documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complete design and project bid packages.
  • Provide construction support and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal writing efforts to secure new projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant civil engineering experience, with a strong background in roadway design and project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon or ability to obtain.
  • Proven experience in managing municipal or public-sector projects, including state, county, city, and federal projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Deltek Vision and other relevant software tools.
