Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Japanese Bilingual

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Japanese Bilingual (Speak/Read/Write) COO to oversee our sales operations and overall administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee Sales Operations: Develop, implement, and optimize sales operations strategies across US and global markets.
* Foster strong relationships with our parent company in Japan and overseas subsidiaries in Asia, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Provide regular reports to the owner/executive management on sales performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives.
* Lead and manage finance, HR, and overall office operations, including frequent domestic and international travel for customer visits, exhibitions/events, and group company meetings.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in sales operations within the automotive industry.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of varying sizes.
* Strong proficiency in English (business level) and a deep understanding of both Japanese and American business cultures.
* Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a multinational corporation.
* Knowledge of finance and HR functions.
* Project management experience.
* In-depth knowledge of the automotive/aftermarket industry.
