Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead AC Future in achieving business growth and driving the company's long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and investor relations, with a proven track record of leading companies to success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company's overall strategy to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including equity financing, debt management, and securing investment for growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company goals.
- Attend weekly meetings to stay informed about the company's direction and progress, providing forward-looking assessments and insights to anticipate potential issues and make timely adjustments.
- Lead daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient collaboration and execution across departments.
- Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, providing strategic advice and reporting on company performance.
- Expand and maintain key business partnerships, driving growth in both domestic and international markets.
- Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring sound financial management and resource allocation.
- Foster a strong company culture, ensuring high employee performance and satisfaction.
- Lead major decision-making processes, including market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
- 15+ years of senior management experience in relevant industries, with at least 5 years in a CEO or similar executive leadership role.
- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with both U.S. and international markets, with a track record of successful business expansion.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to conduct in-depth business and market analysis.
- Experience in managing a rapidly growing company and driving innovation.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
