Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. As a CNA, you will be responsible for performing various patient care activities, including:

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Assisting with vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Participating in patient care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing patient care services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance patient care skills

Requirements:

To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
