About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at North Central Health Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and individuality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care to residents, including assistance with grooming, hygiene, feeding, transfer, ambulation, and range of motion.
  • Maintain a safe and homelike environment for residents.
  • Promote Person Centered Service in all interactions.
  • Create deep relationships with residents, coworkers, and families.
Requirements
  • Respectful and helpful demeanor with a focus on teamwork.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing surroundings and a variety of vulnerable populations.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards along with federal, state and local codes pertinent to role based on job title.
