Job Summary
Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Endodontic Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our lead partner doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive office culture.
- Provide training and coaching to clinical staff on clinical processes and preferences.
- Market and promote our practice to new and existing referral sources.
- Perform a range of endodontic procedures, including root canals and surgical interventions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in endodontics.
Requirements
- Surgical experience is preferred, but not required.
- DDS or DMD degree with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
