Endodontic Associate Job Opportunity

Joplin Endodontics, a state-of-the-art endodontic practice in Joplin, MO, is seeking a full-time associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Reports to and is mentored by the Lead Partner Doctor.
  • Helps establish and maintain a positive office culture.
  • Provides training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
  • Develops and maintains referral relationships.
Core Clinical Responsibilities
  • Examining, diagnosing, and treating dental nerve and tissue.
  • Administering anesthetics.
  • Performing root canals and endodontic surgeries.
  • Addressing traumatic dental injuries.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements.
Qualifications
  • Surgical experience is preferred.
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
