Job Overview

Joplin Endodontics, a state-of-the-art endodontic practice in Joplin, MO, is seeking a full-time associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our lead partner doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive office culture.
  • Provide training and coaching to our clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
  • Market to new and existing referrals to drive growth and retention.
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients' teeth, including administering anesthetics and performing root canals and endodontic surgeries.

Requirements

  • Surgical experience is preferred.
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
