Earn up to $200K per year and propel your career with Trinity Solar's dynamic Roofing Division. As an In-Home Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of acquiring customers who will benefit from selling premium roofing at competitive rates and installing within a week. Our sales process empowers you to close deals in fifteen minutes, without lengthy scripts or hard one-call closes, and with a sustainable work-life balance.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive in-home sales through targeted area canvassing
  • Run company-provided leads as required
  • Adhere to corporate policy on presentation and pricing
  • Analyze home and customer needs, and develop a rapport to close the sale
  • Use technology to develop all details for the sale and company support teams
  • Update the company's CRM with pertinent data throughout the sales process
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear, ongoing communication
  • Keep clients updated on project status with internal concierge and operations teams
  • Participate in daily sales calls, weekly sales meetings, and training as required
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales - In Home Sales experience is highly desired
  • Previous sales experience in a related industry such as home remodeling and construction sales is highly desired
  • Ability to self-generate leads
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes
  • Technical aptitude with numbers and technology
  • Computer proficiency (+CRM tool experience preferred)
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Age 18 or older
