Roofing Inspector

Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians is seeking a skilled Roof Technician to join our dynamic field team. As a Roof Technician, you will play a critical role in assessing damage to properties and helping to prevent further damage until permanent repairs can be completed.

• Conduct thorough inspections of various types of roofs, including steep and high roofs, to assess damage and identify areas of concern.
• Utilize technology to complete inspections in a variety of weather conditions and provide accurate documentation of findings.
• Develop strong relationships with insureds and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work independently as an entrepreneur, navigating the needs of clients and the demands of the job.
• Possess a strong understanding of roofing and construction principles, as well as insurance claims experience.

• Reliable transportation, including a truck or SUV with a 32' ladder, to safely navigate and inspect properties.
• Ability to complete inspection documentation using a Hancock-approved device.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to obtain any necessary certifications or credentials to become a part of our contractor pool.
