Roofing Inspector

At Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians, we're seeking skilled Roof Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a Roof Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including steep and high roof damage assessments, exterior and interior damage evaluations, and underwriting property inspections.

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, including steep and high roofs, to assess damage and identify areas for repair.
• Use technology to document findings and provide accurate reports to clients.
• Work independently as an entrepreneur, managing your own schedule and workload.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and empathy in high-pressure situations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, seeking opportunities for growth and professional development.

• Reliable transportation, including a truck or SUV with a 32' ladder.
• Ability to complete inspection documentation using a Hancock-approved device.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to obtain any necessary certifications or credentials to become a part of our contractor pool.
