Job Summary:

CASH WAGGNER & ASSOCIATES, PC is a leading provider of surveying services, seeking an experienced Survey Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing field survey operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of survey work.

About the Role:

This challenging role requires a strong technical background in land surveying, including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, photo control surveys, route surveys, and construction stakeout. You will be responsible for managing a team of surveyors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the survey team in conducting various types of surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and timely completion.
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and survey vehicles in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate project progress and expectations to staff and clients.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise new team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., surveying, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and practices.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
