We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Supervisor to join our team in Evansville, IN. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The Electrical Controls Supervisor will coordinate manufacturing and repair projects, lead the Electrical Controls team, and ensure a well-orchestrated workflow for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and prioritize work within the department to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Maintain corporate-wide focus on deadlines by attending daily coordinator meetings.
  • Communicate with foremen on a regular basis to ensure a well-focused shop environment.
  • Ensure materials are ordered as needed according to departmental guidelines.
  • Perform on-site evaluations and testing when needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge on materials, technology, and processes.
  • Assist with improving and developing new processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate reports on production jobs as needed.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or Trade School degree preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of leadership experience and seven (7) years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to foster good employee/management relations.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
