Kohler Ventures is seeking a Product Development Lead to join our team of innovators. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital hardware solutions from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of bringing consumer hardware products to life along the full lifecycle from inception through launch. With a strong background in product management and hardware engineering, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet market demands.

The approved base salary range for this position is $135,250 - $172,800, depending on location. This role is eligible for a performance bonus and special project incentives. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

  • A Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical background, MBA or other advanced degree, is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hardware Product Manager for consumer-focused products, with experience bringing products from inception through launch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
