We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee a high-end brownstone renovation in a Brooklyn-like setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with specific experience in brownstone renovations. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations and ensure the project progresses according to the schedule. They will manage subcontractors and coordinate various trades on-site, enforce safety protocols, and maintain project documentation. Additionally, they will report progress to the project management team and ensure quality control.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on brownstone renovations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the construction team and multiple trades
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site
  • Familiarity with project management software, Procore is a plus
