Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering legal counsel on a variety of commercial real estate issues, encompassing transactions, leasing agreements, property management, and conflict resolution.
2. Drafting, evaluating, and negotiating commercial real estate leases and associated documentation.

6. Proficient legal writing skills, with experience drafting and reviewing various legal documents.
7. Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. Analytical mindset, capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving.
9. High standards of professionalism and ethics.
10. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
