Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Obstetrician-Gynecologist RN to join our team. As a New Grad Rotating Shift RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with a wide range of obstetric and gynecologic needs.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of obstetric and gynecologic conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting any concerns or issues
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- NRP (or obtained within three months of employment)
- Current state nursing license
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting
