Job Summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to assist the Finance department with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, preparing and processing payments, and maintaining office inventory. They will also support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree in accounting or finance being preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
