Position Overview

The Barista plays a crucial role in crafting a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and pour-over coffee. This position also involves preparing food items promptly while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Barista will function as both a beverage specialist and a cashier.

Work Schedule

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts available from 6 AM to 7:30 PM.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a barista, food service, or restaurant role is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quick, friendly, and accurate service to guests.

• Stay informed about all café offerings, including drinks and equipment.
• Proactively assist team members to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. A willingness to learn and familiarity with job-specific technology is essential. The ability to handle a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service is crucial.

Physical Requirements

Candidates should be able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products and must be able to stand for extended periods.
