Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Dollar Bank, FSB. As a Consumer Loan Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective customers to promote our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Loan Production: Consistently generate new loan production and associated products and services through proactive efforts, including outbound calling, networking, and community events.
  • Business Development: Identify businesses and key business owners within the community to establish new Preferred Referral Sources (Vendors).
  • Networking: Attend a minimum of one networking activity each month to generate new asset or referral opportunities.
  • Operational Compliance: Adhere to all operational processes and procedures within the loan center assigned, ensuring compliance with Federal and State Banking regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of related sales experience with a proven track record of achieving desired results.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to conduct formal presentations, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Availability: Must be available until 7pm on weekdays and on Saturdays.
  • License: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
