We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at ALIGN PRECISION - CHANDLER, LLC. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC mills to produce parts with precision and accuracy
  • Read and follow job routers, set-up sheets, and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Load and unload materials and parts into fixtures, vices, and chucks with care and attention to detail
  • Measure and document inspection data to ensure part compliance with quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprint dimensions, symbols, and notes to ensure accurate production
  • Document counts and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Communicate with engineering teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and implement new technologies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills, preferably with 5-axis experience
  • Detailed attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of machine and controller functions, as well as machine tolerances and GD&T
  • Excellent mechanical skills and mathematical knowledge
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Ability to work extra hours when needed and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards and ability to work in a regulated industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk, and reach. The ability to lift products and supplies up to 40 pounds is also required. The work environment may involve exposure to cutting fluids, lubricants, metal chips, and moderate noises.
