Job Title: Real Property Equipment Specialist

Job Summary:

The Real Property Equipment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and assessing various types of equipment in real property systems. This includes performing inventories, reviewing as-built plans, and inputting data into designated software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform RPIE inventories of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Input captured RPIE information into designated software
  • Review as-built plans to identify and verify inventory information
  • Possess a thorough understanding of real property systems to accurately assess and validate existing RPIE
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to develop consistent approaches to Quality Control processes
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the client on the status of RPIE inventory, including updates and any discrepancies found

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and identify different types of equipment
  • Ability to read and identify blueprints to determine location of equipment
  • Ability to physically walk, stand, crawl and move around in a multitude of spaces
  • Ability to understand spreadsheets
  • Ability to identify different types of building equipment for various trades

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience

Education, Licenses and Certification:

  • High School Diploma
