Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Information Technology Systems Engineer to oversee our federal program within the BlueHalo Intelligence Sector. This position entails the management of operations and maintenance across both Windows and Linux platforms, encompassing on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic approach, ensuring mission success for our clients while supervising all facets of the enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct network design and security initiatives
  • Guarantee adherence to customer policies and accreditation standards
  • Supervise a team of IT Systems Engineers

Essential Qualifications:

  • TS//SCI clearance with polygraph
  • A minimum of 8 years in Tier-2 or Tier-3 operations and maintenance support
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within IT
  • Proficiency in networking technologies and information security principles
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in Tier-2 or Tier-3 operations and maintenance support
  • 3 years of IT service/delivery experience utilizing ITIL
  • Expertise in enterprise storage solutions and system architecture
  • Capability to design Windows and Linux environments
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies
