Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
  • Assist the General Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as analyzing profit and loss statements.
  • Collaborate with managers to achieve talent acquisition goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
  • 2+ years of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
