The Telecommunications Systems Administrator is integral to Cambia's communication framework, offering specialized knowledge, system design, configuration, management, and support. Key responsibilities encompass the upkeep of communication and collaboration systems, ensuring security protocols, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining thorough documentation. Compliance with departmental guidelines, technical specifications, and consistent reporting is crucial.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Oracle Session Border Controller or equivalent SBC architecture, setup, deployment, and upkeep.
  • Skilled in developing intricate dial plans, routing configurations, and interfacing with voice gateways across diverse platforms.
  • Acquainted with standards such as Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP).
  • Experience with Enterprise Voice, Teams Telecom, unified messaging systems, and call center technologies.
What You Offer to Cambia:
  • A minimum of 3 years in Telecom/System Administration.
