Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and analyze results to ensure accuracy and precision
Follow established laboratory policies and procedures to ensure quality control and patient safety
Review and release test results, identifying any issues that may affect test performance or reporting
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, instrument calibrations, and maintenance
Ensure reagents and test kits are properly stored and handled

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
One year of clinical laboratory experience preferred
NYS Medical Technologist License required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
