Job Summary:

At Vassar Brothers Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Specialist to assist laboratory physicians and RNs in areas related to Cardiac Catheterization procedures. The ideal candidate will provide care to a specific group of adult or geriatric patients, consistent with the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the Nursing Department and Hospital Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Cardiac Catheterization procedures and provide care to patients.
  • Maintain competency and proficiency with Interventional and Electrophysiology equipment and procedures.
  • Meet the minimum requirements for education and experience, including a minimum of 2 years of college or technical training, or equivalent experience.

Requirements:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • NYS Radiologic Technologist License.
  • American Registry or Radiologic Technology Certification, or eligible.

Work Schedule:
Flex Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts with call.
