INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee merchandise inventory processes, ensuring accurate check-in and labeling.
Participate in regular inventory checks as needed.
RELIABILITY
  • Follow your assigned work schedule consistently.
Ensure thorough completion of tasks and responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES as assigned. This position is represented by the American Federation of Government Employees Local 22.
QUALIFICATIONS/PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
  • Basic understanding of retail products and services.
EXPERIENCE: Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting various instructional documents.
Ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and management.
Professional telephone communication skills are essential.
MATH SKILLS:
  • Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
REASONING ABILITY:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining attentive to customer needs.
Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate initiative without direct supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role involves continuous movement, communication, and standing for extended periods. Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing may be required.
Vision requirements include close vision and depth perception.
Ability to lift weights ranging from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. depending on department needs.
Work is primarily indoors, with potential outdoor assignments based on location.
