YOUR ROLE

In this position, you will operate under general supervision, delivering engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance in response to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products.

  • Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the organization, fostering credible business relationships and sharing product knowledge.
  • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support as needed, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all CRM products and industry trends.
  • Design and lead training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
  • Offer additional support to CRM Sales Representatives as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience is necessary. Certification on CRM products is required.
  • At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in cardiac pacing or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiology and electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
  • Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems is essential.
  • Ability to apply engineering skills to analyze and resolve complex clinical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills, with the capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and clients to achieve objectives; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Extensive personal computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software for creating presentation materials.
  • Compliance with vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination verification. If accommodations are needed, please consult HR for further information.

  • Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule, providing support beyond standard business hours.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and complete a comprehensive training program.
