Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Urologist-Researcher to join our team as an Assistant Professor in the non-tenure clinician educator track. The successful candidate will have expertise in pediatric urology, with a focus on exstrophy, hypospadias, and major urologic surgical reconstruction.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and pediatric urology fellows in the operating room, outpatient clinic, and on inpatient rounds.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including open, endoscopic, and minimally invasive surgery.
  • Conduct research in areas of clinical outcomes, exstrophy, hypospadias, and urologic reconstruction, with a strong focus on publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
Requirements
  • Completion of an ACGME-approved pediatric urology fellowship.
  • MD or MD/Ph.D. degree or equivalent.
  • Certification by the American Board of Urology or eligibility for such certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong research background and demonstrated potential for developing independent research.
