Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer III to join our team. As a Product Support Engineer III, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex technical systems. You will work collaboratively with our customers to assess their needs and determine the most appropriate technical solution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex technical systems
  • Work collaboratively with customers to assess their needs and determine the most appropriate technical solution
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure technical expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 6 or more years of related experience
  • Comprehensive expert level understanding and experience of EO/IR VORTEXi(X), ORION-E, wideband KA SATCOM, radar, COMINT, and BLOS systems
  • Hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
  • Communication and customer interface skills
  • Progressive experience using troubleshooting techniques
  • Thorough understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
  • Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
  • Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques.
