Condominium Insurance Specialist Job Description

Alera Group, a leading US business broker, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing an assigned book of business by servicing and selling to existing accounts consisting of condominium associations with 3-25+ units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a 95% customer retention rate through personalized service.
  • Foster positive, long-term relationships, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle challenging or unsatisfied customers confidently and competently.

Primary Functions:
  • Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
    • Prepare, present, and review applications, quotes, proposals, and insurance summaries.
    • Monitor and review coverages, premiums, endorsements, cancellations, and proof of insurance for accuracy.
    • Arrange payment terms in line with established guidelines.
  • Account Rounding & Sales:
    • Achieve production goals through account rounding, cross-selling, and revisiting lost opportunities.
    • Quickly address new business inquiries and provide regular status updates to clients.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Insurance experience required. Condominium insurance experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty License required.
