Technical Support Specialist

As a Field Support Technician at H&R Block, you will provide technical support to our retail tax offices worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware, software, and networks. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to retail tax offices worldwide
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware, software, and networks
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure that clients receive the best possible service
- Maintain and troubleshoot field systems in company-owned field offices
- Document hardware problems and their resolution within the ticketing system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Windows Environment, Windows network configurations, and MS Office
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
