Internship Opportunities

MCRT Construction Operations offers various intern opportunities to educate students and graduates seeking careers in estate development with a focus on construction. Our internships are designed to further the educational components and prior experiences of candidates, providing job training and exposure to leading practices, processes, and project management software.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Interns will be assigned to perform supporting roles under the supervision of experienced MCRT field and office personnel.
  • Supporting roles may include working with Field Supervisors, Project Engineers, Managers, and Estimators, as well as Project Coordinators and Project Billing Managers.
Requirements

Current or recent enrollment in an educational program with a focus on real estate development, construction management, and support services, architecture, or applicable engineering and software management fields.
