Quality Assurance Technician

Globus Medical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Quality Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As an Associate Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and test products using measurement equipment such as Micrometers, Calipers, and Vision Systems.
- Support manufacturing operations by overseeing processes and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Perform in-process and final product audits to identify and escalate nonconformities.
- Collect data in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with inspection and testing methods, including Blueprint reading and GD&T ASME Y14.5.
- Basic understanding of GDP and measurement system principles.
- ASQ CQT certification and background in Medical device Quality Systems.
- Ability to sit, climb, and balance.
- Occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, and capacity to adjust focus.
