Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, creating a compassionate environment, and empowering our patients to make informed decisions about their care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized attention to residents, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing personnel.
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, ensuring that each resident's needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment.
