We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

About the Role:

This is a.7 FTE position, committing to 28 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday schedule. This is a permanent, non-temporary position with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for C.N.A.'s tied to a 1-year commitment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general nursing care and support to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound care.
  • Work independently to provide resource information and support to patients and families.
  • Complete clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits, and patient processes.
Requirements:
  • Active or expired WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) registry status.
  • Strong interest in customer service, ability to multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care and demonstrating compassion at the end of life.
