About the Role:This is a.7 FTE position, committing to 28 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday schedule. This is a permanent, non-temporary position with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for C.N.A.'s tied to a 1-year commitment.
Responsibilities:- Provide general nursing care and support to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound care.
- Work independently to provide resource information and support to patients and families.
- Complete clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits, and patient processes.
- Active or expired WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) registry status.
- Strong interest in customer service, ability to multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care and demonstrating compassion at the end of life.
