Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Watertown Health Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Administer medications as prescribed by licensed nurses
  • Document resident care, including progress notes and medication administration
  • Assist residents with mobility, including transfers and ambulation
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of en
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
