Job Overview

This position involves operating automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack finished products on pallets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accurate production records and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate console that controls the palletizing equipment to efficiently sort, transfer, and stack containers of finished products.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of production data as outlined on operators' check sheets.
  • Conduct Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) documentation and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding issues and concerns related to operations.
  • Participate in general good housekeeping of the area and maintain sanitary conditions.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of basic operation of palletizing robot and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Familiarity with conveyor systems and automated equipment.
  • Aptitude for performing mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Effective problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
