Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Blue Stone Therapy, providing contract physical therapy services to communities in the Midwest.

About the Role:

  • As a Medical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations and screenings to determine requirements for skilled physical therapy intervention.
  • You will develop and implement treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes, adhering to professional standards of practice.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Provide supervision for physical therapist assistants, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff through training programs and continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • A successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • A current valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the appropriate state is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Blue Stone Therapy offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
